When a new affiliate joins the aRes Travel Network, a detailed training is conducted by the affiliate with our call center team. Hotel and attraction affiliates are invited to present their unique product and service to our call center either in-person or via a web conference call.

Our US-based Call Center representatives are not only educated on your travel and ticketing products, they also receive detailed instruction on your destination.
Our training includes:
- General overview – local history, geographical location, local events, type of destination, weather, shopping, and restaurants
- Identify main attractions – local zoos, amusement parks, museums, etc.
- Identify hot spots – family areas, nightlife, sightseeing, conventions area, and top 10 points of interest
- High and low seasons
- Use of an area map
- Important phone numbers for visitors

Distressed Rate Program
We encourage our hotel partners to offer a special rate that will not be posted on any website within our network. This rate is only available through our in-house Call Center, which handles thousands of phone calls daily.
If your hotel has additional inventory you don’t want made public, our distressed rate program helps sell this additional inventory discretely, without your past customers, competitors, or other third party organizations knowing what rates you are offering through the use of our Deals Wizard.
